For those kababayan na palaging bumabaybay ng exit 13,North ng Riyadh, there are some manhole cover that was removed (this "manhole" was used by excavation for SCECO, at medyo nakalimutan na yatang takpan ulit) anyhow we call already the agency that deals with the problem, they promise to check and solve the said problem today...
