You agree to let Pic-Link.Com use photo and information you supply in your Pic-Link.Com page and you agree to let Pic-Link.Com to use your photo or homepage for promotional and site development with the compliance of our privacy statement.

You have the right to terminate your membership by sending a request to Pic-Link.Com and agrees the delay of completion.

- anything that we feel may violate the law or inappropriate

Any material downloaded from this site is done at your own risk.

You DO NOT Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.

Pic-Link.Com assumes no responsibility for any damages or liability caused by your publication of any photo on your page.

You are not violating any local or international law in behalf of Pic-Link.Com and in such case where such violation is committed, Pic-Link.Com shall not be held liable of such action.

You are not to collect or store personal data about other users.

You understand that information you submit will be available to anyone who enters this site, and will be visible to anyone who browses or performs searches using this site.

You must not post any obscene or pornographic material of any sort. Any such material will be removed with no notice given. We reserve the right to remove images at our discretion. Any illegal material will be removed.
