About Me
More About Me Just an eye opener to all sun's prepaid subscriber... Which sun failed to provide info to all prepaid subscriber

Last Nov 22, I loaded TU150 (unlimited text sun-sun / 4 hours calls sun-sun) supposedly the service will end December 22, 2008.

And on Dec 5 @ around 6pm in the evening my text service was disconnected. So on that same day called up their Hotline number to report the concern. Spoke to many CS, called everyday to get update of the issue I reported.

And on Dec 7 @ around 4.15pm to 5pm called their hotline again. Spoke with their CS,and I have ben told that my number have been reported by their system as a 'RISK MANAGEMENT' why? CS told me, it is because of abnormal usage of their service, and it is being 'ABUSED'. Since I'm not satisfied with the CS answer, I requested a supervisor, sad to say it has been confirmed by her supervisor that indeed my number is reported by the system as a 'RISK MANAGEMENT'.

On that same day I immediately went to sun shop in megamall to file a complaint.

Before I submitted my letter complaint to the CS in the counter, I ask her first, if they usually cut off service even if the expiration of the amount is not yet due. Very sad to say she confirmed that if a subscriber 'ABUSED' the service the expiration of a certain service will be shorter than normal expiration.

Now question to all prepaid sun subscriber. Where is the word unlimited come into picture? when you say unlimited and since there is a tendency that the service will be 'abused' and system will remove that certain service which you already paid in a (day, week, or even a month) would you allow this kind of misleading service that they strongly advertise as UNLIMITED service.

Whether a small amount or a big amound it is still a hard earned money.

I know a lot of people are experiencing this misleading tagline of sun.
Take note more people are into prepaid, not a pospaid.
